Supplier Terms & Conditions

These Supplier Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all suppliers, partners, and businesses (“Suppliers”) that apply to list or sell products on the Loca-Roo marketplace.

By submitting an application, listing products, or supplying products through Loca-Roo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Loca-Roo

Loca-Roo is an Australian online marketplace that connects customers with products supplied by third-party suppliers. Loca-Roo operates as a sales platform and is not the manufacturer of products unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility to Supply

To supply products through Loca-Roo, suppliers must:

Operate a legitimate business
Supply lawful, non-prohibited products
Be able to fulfil orders reliably within Australia
Provide accurate business, pricing, and product information

Loca-Roo reserves the right to approve or decline any supplier application at its discretion.

3. No Upfront Fees & Wholesale Pricing

Loca-Roo does not charge upfront listing fees, sign-up fees, or subscription costs.

All suppliers are required to provide products at wholesale pricing. This enables Loca-Roo to cover platform, marketing, and operational costs while maintaining competitive retail pricing for customers.

4. Product Listings & Information

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that:

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date
Pricing and availability are correct
Products comply with Australian Consumer Law and applicable safety standards

Loca-Roo may edit, suspend, or remove product listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or do not meet marketplace standards.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

Fulfilment arrangements may vary depending on the product and agreed supply model.

Suppliers may be required to:

Fulfil orders directly, or
Supply products for shipment via agreed logistics arrangements

Suppliers must ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Suppliers are responsible for meeting agreed dispatch timelines and packaging requirements. Any delays, stock shortages, or fulfilment issues must be communicated to Loca-Roo promptly.

Failure to meet fulfilment expectations may result in temporary suspension or removal from the marketplace.

7. Marketing & Promotion

By listing products on Loca-Roo, suppliers grant permission for their products, images, descriptions, and branding to be used for marketing and promotional purposes across the Loca-Roo website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Marketing inclusion is at Loca-Roo’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

8. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Suppliers must comply with Australian Consumer Law, including obligations relating to faulty, damaged, or misrepresented goods.

Loca-Roo may assist with customer communication regarding returns or refunds; however, suppliers remain responsible for product quality, compliance, and resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

Suppliers retain ownership of their intellectual property.

By listing products on Loca-Roo, suppliers grant Loca-Roo a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use product images, descriptions, and branding for platform and marketing purposes.

10. Suspension & Termination

Loca-Roo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a supplier’s access to the platform if these Terms are breached, including but not limited to:

Failure to fulfil orders
Misrepresentation of products
Repeated customer complaints
Non-compliance with applicable laws

Suppliers may request removal from the marketplace at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Loca-Roo is not liable for indirect losses, operational disruptions, or supplier business outcomes. Suppliers supply products at their own risk and responsibility.

12. Changes to These Terms

Loca-Roo may update these Supplier Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation on the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
